Resistance: Ricarda is resistant to potato and nematode cancer.

Recommendation for growing: Medium requirements in terms of land and water availability. Planting: A range of 28-30 centimetres (approx. 46,000 plants / hectare, 75 centimetres spacing within the order) is recommended for larger seed + 4 centimetres.

Preparation: Stimulation with temperature 3 days before planting.

Herbicides: Mild sensitivity in the beginning to metribuzin is known, and later use should be avoided, because Ricarda is susceptible to metribuzin.

Fertilization: 160 kilograms / hectare of nitrogen – with good collection of N, moderate fertilization with N, late diet to avoid. 100 kilograms / hectare of phosphate on planting. 200-250 kilograms / hectare of potassium – dose rates above 80 kilograms / hectare should be divided into soils where there is a risk of flushing.

Additional fertilization with magnesium ensures yield and quality (60 kilograms / hectare).
